Opening Ceremony of the 2024 Spring “Huizhen Cup” Staff Basketball Tournament
To strengthen communication and collaboration among the group’s companies, further enhance corporate cohesion and unity, and promote the group’s corporate culture, the 2024 Spring “Huizhen Cup” Employee Basketball Tournament, hosted by Guangdong Huizhen Group Co., Ltd. and co-organized by Guangxi Fengyuan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Zuojiang Science & Technology Construction Co., Ltd., was grandly inaugurated at the Fusui County Gymnasium at 7:00 p.m. on May 22.

Leaders attending the opening ceremony included Mr. Zhong Qingfeng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Fusui County CPC Committee, Director of the County Party Committee Office, and Executive Deputy Head of the Airport Economic Zone Working Group; Mr. Zhang Weiling, Chairman of Huizhen Group; Ms. Yu Xiaolin, President of Huizhen Group; Mr. Wang Junxiong, General Manager of Guangxi Fengyuan Steel Structure Co., Ltd.; Mr. Liu Xianbin, General Manager of Guangxi Zujiang Ke Gong Construction Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Wang Quan, Vice Chairman of Guangxi Zujiang Ke Gong Construction Co., Ltd., among other distinguished leaders.
The opening ceremony commenced to the stirring strains of the national anthem. Athletes’ and referees’ representatives each took a solemn oath, pledging to compete fairly, strictly adhere to the rules, and uphold the spirit of sportsmanship. The ceremony was addressed by Mr. Zhang Weiling, Chairman of Guangdong Huizhen Group, who delivered the opening remarks, while Mr. Zhong Qingfeng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Fusui County Party Committee, Director of the County Party Committee Office, and Executive Deputy Head of the Airport Economic Zone Working Group, officially declared the basketball tournament open.

This competition featured five teams representing various companies: the Guangdong Songchuan Team, the Huizhou Fengyuan Team, the Huizhen Group Team, the Guangxi Fengyuan Team, and the Guangxi Zujiang Team (from left to right).
With the sound of a whistle, the first match of this year’s “Huizhen Cup” kicked off, pitting the Guangdong Songchuan team against the Guangxi Fengyuan team. The participating players demonstrated a spirit of unity, tenacity, and determination, showcasing their unwavering resolve and competitive drive, with the score remaining tightly contested throughout. In the end, the Guangdong Songchuan team edged out the Guangxi Fengyuan team 48–40.
The second group-stage match pitted the HuiZhen Group team against the Guangxi Zujiang team. Drawing on the unfolding dynamics of the game and each player’s strengths, the coaches orchestrated their lineup with seamless coordination. The contest was tense, fiercely contested, and utterly gripping; in the end, the Guangxi Zujiang team emerged victorious, securing a 54–38 win in the second group-stage encounter.
This year’s “Huizhen Cup” lasted four days, and through the spirited competition among five teams, it fully showcased the Huizhen Group employees’ spirit of unity, determination, a drive for progress, civility, friendliness, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence.
