Construction has commenced on Fengyuan’s new office building.

The new office building of Guangxi Fengyuan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. broke ground on August 25, 2020. The four‑story structure covers approximately 3,600 square meters. Its façade employs a three‑part composition, leveraging the interplay of massing and material textures to articulate distinct indoor–outdoor spatial relationships, offering both private and shared areas while emphasizing the building’s volumetric presence. A double‑height main entrance lobby underscores the grandeur of the primary entry. Setback volumes create outdoor leisure spaces of varying scales, while shared balconies at the eastern and western ends of the second and third floors mitigate west‑facing solar gain, providing shade and reducing energy consumption. On the fourth floor, an expansive, open‑view leisure platform delivers diverse visual experiences, transforming work into a form of leisure.

Fengyuan Steel Structure Party Branch Conducts a Visit to Show Care for Impoverished Households

To comprehensively implement Fusui County’s initiative for the United Front to contribute to winning the battle against poverty and to ensure the effective implementation of poverty‑alleviation efforts, on November 23, 2019, the Party branch of Guangxi Fengyuan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. and the county People’s Congress actively organized a relief delegation of more than ten persons responsible for poverty‑alleviation work to visit Tengguang Village in Longtou Township—the village receiving assistance from the company—to carry out慰问 activities for impoverished households. A team of over ten cadres tasked with poverty‑alleviation work was formed and dispatched to Tengguang Village, Longtou Township, which is under the company’s designated assistance program, to conduct door-to-door visits and provide support to needy families.
