The new office building of Guangxi Fengyuan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. started construction on August 25, 2020. The office building has a total of four floors with a construction area of ​​about 3,600 square meters. The three-section composition of the façade, through the concave-convex relationship between the blocks and materials, creates different functional spatial relationships between the interior and exterior of the building, provides private space and shared space, and emphasizes the three-dimensional sense of the building. The double-height main entrance lobby displays the atmospheric image of the main entrance. The retreat of the building blocks forms outdoor leisure spaces of different scales; the shared balconies at the east and west ends of the second and third floors reduce west sun exposure, play a shading effect, and reduce building energy consumption. The large leisure platform on the fourth floor with a wide view provides users with different visual enjoyment, making work a kind of leisure.
